Phoenix Suns center Robin Lopez has become a forgotten man since scoring 21 points on opening night. Saturday night he reminded everyone what he's capable of doing. Lopez scored nine consecutive points to spark a 12-2 run starting the fourth quarter and the Suns rallied to beat Charlotte 95-89, the Bobcats' 11th consecutive loss.

A person familiar with the situation says Bobcats guard/forward Gerald Henderson will miss two-to-four weeks with a strained right hamstring. The person spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity Thursday because the team has not publicly announced the injury. It's the same injury that has sidelined Bobcats forward Corey Maggette for the last 15 games.

It's hard to imagine things looking any bleaker for the Bobcats. They've lost 10 straight games, have the NBA's worst record and are coming off a 44-point drubbing Wednesday night at Portland, the worst loss in franchise history. That's why Charlotte director of basketball operations Rod Higgins said now, more than ever, the Bobcats need to exercise patience.
